Howdy, everyone!
I can already tell that March is going to be a crazy month. But for the good, I believe :) Before I continue on with "My Picks of the Week" (which starts off with some bangin' releases!) I wanted to give everyone a brief look at what you can expect to see at The Muses Circle in the upcoming weeks.
Wednesday I will be posting Guest Blogger Brian Warriner's book/movie comparison & analysis of Prayers For Bobby. If you haven't checked out his Guest Blogger Intro, please take a moment and check it out HERE!
A couple of weeks ago, I reviewed JC Andrijeski's book called Rook: Allie's War Book 1. If you haven't read my review, go HERE. JC and I have been keeping in touch with each other and I am absolutely honored that she is willing to not only do an Author Q & A, but a Giveaway as well! I am super excited since this will be my first Author Interview/Q & A and Giveaway! So if all goes well, I should have all of that posted by Friday! :)
Next week I plan to post my review for Katana by: Cole Gibsen. So far the book is surprisingly good-- not that I expected it to be horrible-- in fact I didn't go into it with any expectations. It's a cross between Buffy the Vampire Slayer (minus the vampires) and Samurai Girl so if you like strong female characters and the kind of love that lasts centuries, then this may be a book for you. Stay tuned :)
I might have a treat at the end of the month depending on how burnt out I am. But for now, here are "My Picks of the Week". I noticed that many of the book releases are sequels or continuations of specific series, so just keep that in mind as you peruse my list.
Hope everyone is having a great start to the week!

Dire Needs (Eternal Wolf Clan #1)
By: Stephanie Tyler
The full moon is their mistress. They are predators of pleasure and pain. Feared by humans, envied by werewolves, the Dire Wolves are immortal shifters, obeying no laws but their own bestial natures. Once they were many, but now only six remain, a dangerous wolfpack forever on the hunt…
Rifter leads the pack, embracing the lifestyle and ethics of an outlaw biker even as he battles an ancient enemy who has become a new, powerful force. But with his Brother Wolf raging inside him, howling to be unleashed, he needs to satisfy his hungers. And when he meets a drop-dead gorgeous blonde drinking alone in a bar that caters to both human and inhuman, Rifter’s primal instinct is to claim her.
Gwen has her own desires, long unfulfilled. She hopes a passionate night with the leather-clad, Harley-riding biker will ease her suffering. The seizures that have wracked her body her entire life are incurable—and they’re killing her.
But none of that will matter if Rifter can’t stop the growing threat to them all–trappers who are determined to enslave humankind and use the Dire wolves as part of their nefarious plan.
